THE GUIDE is currently not organized corporately. That may change very soon depending on what YOU and others say. For the moment, it is just an internet forum community hosted by a private citizen who would like to make his web mastering skills known.

That citizen is known as BuildemClonem, who currently serves as the head moderator of forums and debate. This is a technical position rather than a professional one.

THE GUIDE works well with other Internet sources for learning about candidates, some of which have received federal funding. It is not improbable that THE GUIDE will partner with some of these in the near future.

THE GUIDE deserves funding of its own and welcomes the help of professionals and volunteers who have experience at obtaining federal and local grants.
