The key to a good debate that will be truly helpful to voters is good moderation. Are you up for the task? Moderators are responsible for numerous things. . .

1. Making sure questions and comments are placed in the correct section.
2. Making sure users stay on topic. Starting new topics when necessary.
3. Deleting entries that break the rules.
4. Guiding candidates through the restricted access process.
5. Banning abusive users.
6. Always being kind even when users aren't.
7. Working with the Head Moderator and Administrator regularly to work out any problems.
