LOANS
50% of member donations will be used as a lending fund.

10% is to be made available to small businesses for research and development. 10% is for small business start ups. 20% is reserved for microbusines loans. And 10% is for student loans split equally between graduate and post graduate loan programs.

The remaining contributed funds will provide for grants, scholarships, subsidies to working parents for child care and for our ROCKET System for microbusinesses.
