Lord, there is none like you. You fill my heart with praise. I sit at your feet. I stand in awe of you. My sould magnifies you. My heart leaps when I consider you. You touch me. You smile. Your love pours forth on me and I can't comprehend it. Please, make me more like you. Let me be a vessel of your love. Teach me to love as you love. Make me new.

Lord the new year approaches. Bless the new year. Be pleased with the coming year. Forgive us for the past year. You redeemed history when you became part of it. Redeem these days with your Holy Spirit's presence in our midst and in our hearts. We invite you to change creation, to make it good, even holy and eternal. With you all things are possible.
